Moulds by design

We carry out all stages of mould-holder machining (milling, roughing, finishing, drilling and grinding) using state-of-the-art CNC machinery (Hermle, C.B. Ferrari), ensuring tight dimensional tolerances in the projects entrusted to us. We fine-tune our CNCs with linear and circular laser controls, equipping them with high-quality tools, from the latest generation of vibration dampers to tools with the highest performance.

Each project is processed with the latest-generation CAD/CAM programs that are constantly updated and which simplify and optimise the processing of machining cycles.
