Punches and dies are the main components of a sheet metal die: the punch and the die are the active parts of a tool. Their precision is crucial for the quality of the final product. We can also supply punches with brazed heads complete with surface coating.
We are able to perform milling operations on tungsten carbide and provide final polishing if required.

Yes. In addition to dies, we manufacture small-batch precision mechanical components, ideal for prototypes, spare part replacements, or limited production runs. We also produce custom parts based on drawings and die holders. We can provide surface coating services and carry out modifications and maintenance, even on dies not originally produced by us.

We mainly work with tool steels, special steels, and tungsten carbide, selected according to the intended use, mechanical stress, and required tolerances.

Thanks to our machinery and team experience, we can achieve tolerances in the hundredths and thousandths range, ensuring maximum dimensional precision and repeatability.

Yes. We provide maintenance, regrinding, and refurbishment services for dies already in use, even if they were not originally manufactured by us.
