Sheet metal moulds

Ever faithful to the sector in which we are widely recognised, BI-ME has demonstrated great versatility. We have produced progressive, block and transfer moulds for customers in the automotive, white goods, electronics, telephony, spring, shelving, packaging, small metal parts and jewellery industries.

We produce high-speed dies, suitable for Bruderer and Yamada presses, as well as tools for Bihler and similar machinery.

The use of modern machines combined with state-of-the-art tooling allows us to machine any type of carbide and steel with hardnesses up to HRC70 to meet the needs of the most exacting clientèle.

Processing is controlled using measuring instruments that guarantee production precision and quality. All data collected during the production and control processes is recorded in the company management system, allowing the entire production process to be monitored.
